At First Baptist Clinton, we want to help you make giving a meaningful and regular part of your relationship with God. Our desire for this stems from the example of Jesus, who taught extensively on money in the Gospels. We believe the Biblical perspective on stewardship is that everything we have (money and possessions) and everything we are (gifts and talents) is a stewardship from God. He owns us and all we have. Therefore, our role is to manage what we have been entrusted with according to His desires.
Giving to First Baptist can be done through any number of ways:
  1.  online via e-checks
  2. online via your debit card
  3. through your bank’s online bill paying
  4. a bank draft setup through the Finance Office
  5. at our worship services
  6. by mailing your check to First Baptist Church, 100 E. College Street, Clinton, MS 39056
Through online giving you set up a personal and secure account through which you can make a one-time donation, make or edit regularly scheduled donations, and even review your on-line payment history. Just click below and you will be guided step by step through the process of setting up your account and making a contribution. Should you have any questions or encounter a problem please contact Finance Director Nancy White.

  • You are taking a step of faith. When you sign up to give online you are deciding in advance to faithfully give. God always blesses that kind of faith!
  • You will simplify your life. You won’t have to remember whether you gave this month or need to send in an offering by mail when you’re out of town.
  • You will be helping the church. Every person who gives through automatic giving makes our record keeping much easier.
  • You can focus on worship. During the offering at church instead of having to get out a pen and write out a check, you can focus on God during the song while the offering is being taken.

“But just as you excel in everything–in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in complete earnestness and in your love for us–see that you also excel in this grace of giving.”

-2 Cor. 8:7 (NIV)
